
Our process begins with a brief phone call to understand your difficulties and to determine whether our approach is a good fit for your current needs. This call will also enable us to match you to a therapist who has availability in the area and at a time which is convenient for you.
If we agree to move forward, you will have an initial assessment, over one to three sessions. During this time, we take a detailed history and collaboratively formulate an understanding of your difficulties. Together, we will identify your goals and consider which treatment approach is likely to be the most helpful for you.
Throughout therapy, we regularly review your progress to ensure you are benefiting from the work. These check-ins can also help us to plan the next steps and work towards your increased confidence and indepedence.
Our collective have training and experience in a number of different therapeutic modalities which may be relied on exclusively or may be drawn on in an intergative way in line with your individual needs and goals.
